Temporary to Perm NurseWe are seeking a Temporary to Perm Nurse todeliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes inBronx, NY. The ideal candidatedemonstrates strong clinical judgment, independence, and a patient-centeredapproach to care while working across a designated service area. Compensation: $50-58+ Dependingon experience plus tolls and gas reimbursement Schedule & Work Requirements: This is a 100% field-based position with Temp-to-Perm potential. Five (5) days per week, even when weekend coverage is required. Weekend coverage required 1–2 weekends per month as part of a rotating schedule. When scheduled for a weekend, the nurse will receive one weekday off prior to the Saturday shift and one weekday off the following week after the Sunday shift. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required for travel within the assigned service area. Responsibilities: Provide routine home visits for wound care, medication administration, and health assessments. Deliver care per individualized care plans, physician orders, and nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team. Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, wound care, and home safety. Document care accurately in the electronic health record. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partner organizations. Provide nursing support in a Diagnostic & Treatment Center or medical practice as needed. Travel within the assigned service area and comply with all clinical, regulatory, and infection control standards. Qualifications: Degree from an NLN-accredited nursing school. BSN required, or RN with a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience. Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience required. One to two (1–2) years of home care or similar healthcare setting experience preferred.
